Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with business goals
- Supervise a team of recruiters, providing guidance and ensuring the team meets recruitment goals
- Maintain and develop a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Track recruitment metrics, such as time to fill and quality of hire, and report these to the Recruitment Manager
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and local labor laws
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within BPO, outsourcing, banking, or financial services sectors
- Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience managing a team of recruiters
- Knowledge of recruitment tools & platforms
- Familiarity with local labor laws and recruitment compliance
