- Support daily administrative and operational activities within assigned departments
- Assist with data entry, record maintenance, filing, and document management
- Update and maintain trackers, databases, and reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination when assigned to the HR team
- Assist Operations teams with project coordination, reporting, and administrative tasks
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents using Microsoft Office applications
- Coordinate with internal teams to support departmental activities and special projects
- Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, and client information
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Information Technology, Commerce, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Job Overview
- The Intern will provide administrative and operational support to various departments across the organization, including Human Resources, Operations, Administration, Data Management, and other business functions as assigned.
