Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales acquisition strategies to expand the customer base and increase order volume
- Lead a team of sales Executives to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful promotional campaigns that drive customer acquisition
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, restaurants, and other stakeholders
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Evaluate store and individual performance
- Monitor and achieve monthly productivity metrics per HC
- Set go to market strategy for the acquisition team
- Ensure full adoption of Salesforce
- Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate direct reports, and provide regular feedback on performance
Requirements
- 4 6 years of relevant experience
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing partnerships in a competitive business environment
- Results oriented, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, industrial engineering or a relevant field

Key Activities

- Contribute to product releasing and coaching members for awareness.
- Evaluate store and individual performance.
- Address and resolve potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
- Monitor and achieve monthly productivity metrics per HC.
- Improve Vendor Offering Score/ KP per MAU.
- Set go to market strategy for the acquisition team.
Qualifications
- 4 6 years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing partnerships in a competitive business environment.
- Results oriented, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, industrial engineering a relevant field is required.
