Responsibilities
- Implement corporate HSE Policy, plans, and client requirements; monitor performance and suggest improvements
- Review and approve contractors’ Site Safety Plans, Emergency Plans, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments
- Facilitate safety meetings, conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments; issue non compliance reports and follow up on corrective actions
- Liaise with contractors, Safety Manager, and relevant authorities to ensure full compliance
- Participate in project meetings and support preparation of HSE documentation and emergency response plans
- Monitor contractor safety staff adequacy and overall site compliance
- Perform other HSE duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid Trakhees SARS Approved Safety Engineer accreditation
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred)
- Minimum 3 5 years’ experience as Safety Engineer in construction/real estate projects in UAE
- Strong knowledge of Trakhees regulations and UAE safety standards
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Strong leadership and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced construction environment

- Strong knowledge of Trakhees regulations and UAE safety standards.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
