- Deliver customized presentations that effectively showcase property features and benefits tailored to each client’s needs.
- Lead negotiations, successfully close deals, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated on market trends, property valuations, and competitor activities to deliver informed recommendations.
- Manage and grow the sales pipeline, track performance, and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Build long term client relationships through outstanding service and proactive after sales follow up.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 1 to 3+ years of sales experience with a Real estate developer in Dubai
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Target driven with a proven track record of success in a similar role
- Valid driving license
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and/or Hindi is a plus

Position Overview
- Main Realty is a successful Real Estate Development firm originally from Miami, FL, US, operating for over 21 years.
- We are looking for a Relationship Manager/Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and bring enthusiasm and a customer focused approach to drive property sales.
