About the Role
Main Realty is seeking a Project Manager for on-site execution of a high-rise residential project in Dubai. The role requires strong site presence, hands-on management, and experience with Dubai authorities.

Responsibilities
- Take full control of day to day site execution and ensure work progresses as per drawings and specifications
- Drive project timelines and ensure achievement of key milestones, especially basement and superstructure stages
- Prepare and monitor short term and long term construction schedules
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring adequate manpower, productivity, and timely delivery
- Ensure no delays due to pending approvals, drawings, or site instructions
- Monitor project costs and execute works within approved budgets and cashflow constraints
- Ensure quality standards are maintained through proper QA/QC procedures and inspections
- Liaise with Dubai authorities, Nakheel, Trakhees, RTA for permits, inspections, and approvals
- Provide daily site updates and weekly progress reports with clear action plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5–8 years UAE experience in high rise construction projects
- Strong knowledge of Dubai authority regulations and approval processes
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Good understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and safety standards
