About Us

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for construction projects, as well as sub-consultancy services.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers, subcontractors, and sub-consultants while maintaining an approved vendor list
• Receive quotations, conduct evaluations, prepare comparative statements, and submit procurement evaluation reports for management approval.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and conditions to secure the best value while aligning with project budgets, quality standards, and timelines.
• Issue Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) and agreements.
• Act as the single point of contact between the company, sub-consultants, vendors, and subcontractors for all procurement-related communications.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers and Engineers to obtain material/subcontractor requirements and scope of work.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services to prevent project delays.
• Monitor supplier and sub-consultant performance, quality compliance, delivery timelines, and adherence to project specifications and UAE standards.
• Track procurement budgets, monitor cost variances, and support cost control by coordinating with the Finance team on invoices and payments.
• Prepare, coordinate, submit, and follow up on all procurement-related documentation, ensuring contractual, technical, and administrative requirements are fully met.
• Maintain accurate and complete procurement records, correspondence, and documentation for audit and project close-out purposes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement procedures and best practices within the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Procurement Specialist in a construction company in Dubai, UAE.
• Strong existing relationships with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and sub-consultants in the Dubai market.
• Demonstrated skills in negotiation of pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions to achieve cost savings and best value.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with Project Managers and Finance teams.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment and meet tight project deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with procurement/ERP systems.
