BG GLOBAL SPA is seeking a professional, energetic, and service-oriented Runner for its front-of-house team.
The role supports waitstaff by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately while contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently from the kitchen and bar to guests.
- Support waiters during service to ensure a seamless and timely dining experience.
- Verify that orders are complete and presented according to company standards before serving.
- Assist with table setup, clearing, resetting, and maintaining dining-area cleanliness.
- Communicate with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams.
- Respond to guest requests and escalate concerns to the waiter or supervisor.
- Keep service stations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
- Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and health and safety procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Runner, Food Runner, or in a similar food and beverage role within a luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, premium spa, wellness club, or hospitality brand in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of food service and hospitality standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 2,500 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
