A culinary operation in Dubai is seeking an experienced Demi Chef de Partie for the hot kitchen.
The role supports culinary operations and delivers consistent dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
Employment and Joining
- The position is full-time.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes in the assigned hot kitchen section.
- Complete mise en place accurately and on time.
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, plating, and presentation standards.
- Support the Chef de Partie and senior kitchen team during service.
- Maintain food storage, labeling, rotation, and temperature controls.
- Follow HACCP, Dubai Municipality, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Minimize food waste and handle ingredients properly.
- Keep the assigned section clean, organized, and ready for service.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef in a hotel or quality restaurant is required.
- Strong hot kitchen experience is required.
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen hygiene is required.
- The candidate must work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team.
- Current UAE residence and immediate availability are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 4,000 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
