Join a luxury wellness destination in Dubai as a professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Receptionist.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences across reception, front office, and wellness services.
Guest and Front Desk Duties
- Welcome guests and manage check-ins, reservations, appointments, inquiries, calls, and email communications.
- Provide information about facilities, memberships, treatments, wellness experiences, and other services.
- Process payments, maintain guest records, and operate booking and POS systems.
- Resolve guest concerns and coordinate with internal hospitality teams.
Operations and Standards
- Coordinate with Guest Experience, Spa, Banya, and Food and Beverage teams to support a seamless guest journey.
- Maintain the reception and lobby area to luxury hospitality standards.
- Support day-to-day front office and administrative operations.
Requirements
- At least four years of Receptionist or Front Office experience in a luxury hotel, premium spa, wellness club, or upscale UAE hospitality brand.
- Fluent spoken and written English is required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills are required.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
- Experience with hospitality booking or POS systems is preferred.
- Russian language skills are advantageous.
Compensation
- Full-time position paying AED 6,000 to AED 7,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person in Dubai.
