Role overview
Luxury wellness and bath club seeks a VIP Butler for its pre-opening team in Dubai.
The role acts as a personal host, guest relations specialist, and dedicated point of contact for VIP guests and club members.
The position manages the guest journey from arrival to departure and coordinates with operational departments.
Employment and pay
- The position is full-time.
- Pay is AED 6,000–7,000 per month.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist VIP guests and club members throughout their visit.
- Build guest relationships and understand individual preferences.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, personalized service.
- Plan and coordinate customized guest itineraries for spa, wellness, dining, and other services.
- Coordinate with departments to deliver guest requests smoothly and on time.
- Provide concierge-style assistance and arrange additional services when required.
- Escort VIP guests throughout the facility when appropriate.
- Recommend relevant services, experiences, promotions, and special offerings.
- Handle requests, feedback, and concerns professionally and discreetly.
