Job Description

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and in person inquiries with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage reservations for accommodations, dining, and special events, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide comprehensive information about our facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of property offerings, promotions, and local events.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service excellence at all times.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and empathetic demeanor.
  • Proficiency in reservation management systems and general computer skills.
  • Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi task and remain calm under pressure.
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness, with a customer focused mindset.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • In depth knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and practices.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian culture and customs.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, as required.

Additional Information

  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
