- Proficiency in reservation management systems and general computer skills
- Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to multi task and remain calm under pressure
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness, with a customer focused mindset
- Fluency in English required
- In depth knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and practices
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian culture and customs
- Flexibility to work various shifts, as required

- We are seeking a dedicated and professional Royal Service and Reservations Agent to join our prestigious team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
