- Previous F&B experience an asset, but not required

Job Description
- Ensure all F&B room service order calls are answered as laid out in Rixos standards
- Perform as per Rixos standards
- Be fully aware of the Rixellence for the day
- Proper grooming at all times
- Attend training classes as per schedule
- Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments
Duties
- Answer F&B room service order calls
- Ensure efficient connection with correct person
- Have excellent knowledge of all F&B outlets and hotel facilities
- Repeat guest orders and call guest by surname
- Open and close checks
- Clean order taker's booth
- Follow standard orders of long stay guests
- Use guest names whenever appropriate
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be responsible & reliable
- Work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
- Previous F&B experience an asset, but not required
- Previous Micros experience an asset, but not required
