Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to Hilton standards, including bed making, dusting, vacuuming, deep cleaning, and turndown service when required
- Replenish linens, towels, guest amenities, and room supplies according to established standards
- Maintain housekeeping trolleys, supply carts, and linen rooms in a clean, organized, and fully stocked condition
- Respond promptly to guest requests, protect guest privacy, and deliver courteous, professional service
- Dispose of waste and recyclables in designated areas while maintaining cleanliness standards
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and linen shortages or losses to the appropriate department
- Safeguard master keys and comply with hotel policies, lost and found procedures, and Hilton standards
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure efficient operations
- Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; housekeeping or hospitality training preferred
- Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience, preferably in an international hotel environment
- Good knowledge of housekeeping operations, guest room cleaning standards, and chemical handling procedures
- Basic English communication skills and positive attitude to deliver exceptional guest service
- Flexible to work rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Job Description
- The Room Attendant cleans assigned guestrooms and keeps related room floors clean at all times during a shift, assisting guests with any questions they may have.
Responsibilities
- Guest Room Cleaning: Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to Hilton standards, including bed making, dusting, vacuuming, deep cleaning, and turndown service when required.

Qualifications
