Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and exterior areas to brand standards.
• Report maintenance defects in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas through KnowCross.
• Adhere to hotel brand standards and quality audit standards.
• Comply with health and safety standards when handling cleaning materials.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer care, including during challenging situations.
• Assist with other housekeeping team tasks as required.
• Attend required training and continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with good problem-solving abilities.
• Physical fitness to stand, lift, push, and pull for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe handling of chemicals.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and adaptability to challenging situations.
