About The Company

About The Function

  • Provide high level administrative support to the Management Office to ensure the efficient flow of daily administrative task.
  • Coordinating activities of the Executive Office, working closely with the General Manager, in matters pertaining to appointments, transportation, mails and other general affairs.

What You Will Need To Succeed

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration or similar.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role preferably in a 5 star hospitality industry.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma is required.

PERFORMANCE DRIVEN CULTURE; WHAT WILL YOU BE MEASURED AGAINST

  • Efficiently managing calendar of the business head.
  • Ensuring completion of all administrative tasks on time and based on set quality standards.
  • Coordination with stakeholders to ensure meeting deadlines.
  • Acting as an administration consultant to Ambassadors on key issues.
