A leading international law firm is hiring a junior Projects & Project Finance Associate for its UAE practice.
The role may be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi and offers exposure to both project development and project finance.
Practice areas and matters
- Work on major energy, infrastructure and utilities projects across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.
- Handle project development and project finance matters.
- Advise on power, renewables, water and wider utilities projects.
- Support infrastructure, transport and industrial projects.
- Advise on PPP and concession-based projects.
- Work on EPC, O&M and wider project documentation.
- Support conventional and Islamic financing structures.
- Act for sponsors, developers, lenders and government-related entities.
- Support major cross-border projects across the GCC.
Qualifications and experience
- Common law qualification is required.
- Relevant Projects, Energy, Infrastructure and/or Project Finance experience is required.
- Experience should be gained at a Legal 500 law firm in the UAE or through strong international experience with relocation to the UAE.
- Middle East experience is advantageous.
