for one of our insurance clients in the UAE.

• Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of the organization’s risk management framework.
• Identify, assess, and monitor key business, operational, financial, and insurance-related risks.
• Maintain and update risk registers, risk assessments, and control matrices.
• Support business units in identifying potential risks and developing appropriate mitigation plans.
• Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and prepare periodic risk reports for management.
• Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and risk mitigation measures.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on risk, governance, compliance, and audit-related matters.
• Track identified risk issues, action plans, and remediation activities to ensure timely closure.
• Support internal and external audits by providing relevant risk documentation and information.
• Stay updated on applicable regulatory, governance, and insurance industry requirements.
• Contribute to business continuity, operational resilience, and other enterprise risk initiatives as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles, internal controls, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience with risk registers, KRIs, risk reporting, and mitigation planning.
• Good analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional certification in Risk Management, ERM, FRM, CIA, ACCA, or a related field will be an advantage.
• Experience and knowledge of local insurance regulations will be an advantage.
