for one of our leading insurance clients in the UAE.
We are looking for an experienced finance professional to support financial operations, insurance company reconciliations, claim payments, cash flow management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
- Manage insurance company accounts, reconciliations, invoicing, collections, and ageing.
- Oversee financial processing and settlement of claim payments.
- Coordinate with Operations/Claims and Legal teams on financial and insurance-related matters.
- Support court-appointed experts by providing financial records, calculations, and documentation when required.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow monitoring.
- Supervise junior finance staff and support process improvements and internal controls.
- Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ & ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐:
- Bachelorโs degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent qualification completed or in progress.
- 4โ6 years of progressive finance/accounting experience within an insurance company.
- Experience with claim payments and insurance-related financial operations is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics and advanced Excel.
- Strong communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
