Responsibilities

• Champion safety-first values, apply stop-work authority, and promote wellbeing standards.
• Mentor and coach junior staff while demonstrating organisational leadership behaviours.
• Implement and improve risk frameworks, registers, dashboards, and reporting processes.
• Facilitate risk workshops, reviews, and assessments.
• Integrate risk controls into project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor risk exposure and control effectiveness and drive mitigation.
• Support audits, assurance activities, and governance compliance.
• Embed risk management into project planning and delivery.
• Maintain high-quality risk data and monitor changing risk profiles.
• Identify and manage carbon emissions and reductions during delivery.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant degree or diploma in risk management, engineering, or project management.
• Progress toward chartership with a recognised professional body and undertake ongoing professional development.
• Have strong risk leadership experience on major projects, ideally in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.
• Have expertise in risk tools, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Have relevant experience on high-value projects or programmes for a project management consultancy.
