The role supports a high-rise residential rehabilitation project in Mumbai.
Mace is one of the delivery partners and requires experienced professionals to lead integrated teams through each project phase.
You’ll be responsible for
- Coordinate annual business plan outcomes and ensure deadlines, budgets, and governance requirements are achieved.
- Guide and support design management teams, oversee daily operations, and ensure briefs and stakeholder requirements are met.
- Collate, analyse, and present management review data and KPIs to stakeholders and leadership.
- Contribute to business development and work-winning activities while supporting procurement and contractual approaches.
- Build internal and external stakeholder relationships and promote collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and technical excellence.
- Embed sustainability and net zero carbon objectives into project delivery and manage related emissions and reductions.
You’ll need to have
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture.
- Experience in the relevant field.
