Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, vision, and strategy to the risk management department
- Develop, implement, and evaluate departmental goals, objectives, and programs
- Develop a comprehensive facility wide risk and safety program for business continuity
- Identify and analyze loss exposure; implement plans to minimize liability and asset losses
- Coordinate administrative and clinical activities within the department
- Prepare long and short term fiscal budget and resource allocation plan
- Provide leadership and guidance to improve emergency response and risk perception
- Develop and maintain a management plan for emergency response and recovery
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate occupational disease screening and prevention
- Design and ensure delivery of pre employment medical reviews and visa medical assessments
- Implement and manage health promotion programs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Science or Nursing
- Master's degree in Management or Healthcare Sciences
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with team management experience
- Proficiency in investigation tools, root cause analysis, and quality improvement programs
- Excellent command of oral and written English
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
