About the Role
A growing financial institution in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Risk Analytics & MIS Analyst to join its Risk Management team. The role involves developing risk dashboards, conducting portfolio analysis, and supporting regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities
- Develop, automate, and maintain risk MIS dashboards across Credit Risk, Operational Risk, Market Risk, and Enterprise Risk
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly risk reports for senior management and key stakeholders
- Produce portfolio analytics, risk indicators, and management summaries
- Support the preparation of regulatory submissions and internal risk reporting
- Validate and reconcile data across multiple systems, identifying data quality issues and recommending improvements
- Conduct portfolio analysis, including segmentation, trend analysis, migration reporting, Stage/NPA movements, and early warning indicators
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support risk assessments, policy reviews, and portfolio strategy decisions
- Support stress testing, scenario analysis, and model performance monitoring
- Extract, cleanse, validate, and analyse large datasets to generate actionable insights
- Support the development and monitoring of Risk Appetite Frameworks (RAF) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
- Assist with enterprise wide risk assessments, risk registers, thematic reviews, and control evaluations
- Maintain robust data governance standards, including data quality controls, documentation, and audit ready reporting
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience within Risk Management, Risk Analytics, MIS, Credit Risk, or Enterprise Risk
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau
- Exposure to Python, R, VBA, SQL, or other data analytics tools
- Understanding of risk concepts including IFRS9, Expected Credit Loss (ECL), PD, LGD, EAD, stress testing, and risk rating methodologies
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as ICAAP, ILAAP, FSRA, or DIFC regulations would be advantageous
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast paced environment

- We are partnering with a growing financial institution in Abu Dhabi that is looking to hire a Risk Analytics & MIS Analyst to join its Risk Management team.
- This is an excellent opportunity for a risk professional with strong analytical and reporting capabilities to play a key role in supporting Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Credit Risk functions.
