About the Role
Swan Global WLL is hiring a Rigging / Lifting Supervisor for a 4-month contract in Ras Laffan, Qatar. Requires 7 years of lifting experience, 3.5 years as supervisor in oil & gas, and a valid QSGTL-recognized Rigging Supervisor & Banksman Certificate.

Responsibilities
- Supervise lifting and rigging operations ensuring safety and efficiency
- Manage teams of Riggers, Banksmen, and Crane Operators across multiple work sites
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure safe lifting procedures
- Examine loads and estimate size and weight
- Perform hands on field activities as required
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years experience in Lifting & Hoisting, Manual Rigging, and use of all types of lifting equipment and gears
- Minimum 3.5 years experience as a Rigging/Lifting Supervisor in the Oil & Gas industry
- Experience supervising Heavy Lift and Manual Rigging operations
- Capable of managing teams of Riggers, Banksmen, and Crane Operators while controlling multiple work sites
- Valid QSGTL recognized Rigging Supervisor & Banksman Certificate from an approved training provider
- Strong knowledge of lifting hazards, risk assessments, and safe lifting procedures
- Ability to examine loads and estimate size and weight
- Good English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Willing to perform hands on field activities as required

Overview

Requirements

- Able to demonstrate relevant project experience.
- Willing to perform hands on field activities as required by the Company.
