Responsibilities
- Perform rigging, slinging, and lifting operations safely
- Inspect slings, chains, hooks, shackles, and other lifting gear before use
- Assist crane operators with hand signals and radio communication during lifting activities
- Prepare and secure loads for lifting and transportation
- Ensure proper load balancing and positioning before lifting
- Follow HSE regulations and safe lifting practices at all times
- Maintain rigging tools and report any damaged equipment
- Coordinate with supervisors, crane operators, and site personnel during lifting operations
- Dismantle, clean, and store rigging equipment after use
- Ensure work areas are clear and safe during lifting activities
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience as a Rigger in Construction, Oil & Gas, or Industrial projects
- Knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging gear, and safe lifting practices
- Ability to understand lifting plans and load calculations
- Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor site conditions
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Summary
- We are looking for experienced and safety conscious Riggers to join our team in the UAE.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe lifting, moving, and positioning of heavy materials and equipment using cranes, hoists, slings, shackles, and other rigging equipment.
- The role requires strict adherence to safety procedures and lifting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform rigging, slinging, and lifting operations safely.

Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Rigger in Construction, Oil & Gas, or Industrial projects.
- Knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging gear, and safe lifting practices.
- Ability to understand lifting plans and load calculations.
- Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor site conditions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Rigger certification or lifting related training is an advantage.
- Familiarity with UAE safety standards and site procedures.
