- Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests
- Assist in handling pantry supplies and ensure adequate stock is maintained
- Support office staff with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery as required
- Run office errands, such as collecting or delivering documents within the company or to external parties
- Ensure meeting rooms are well prepared and arranged before and after meetings
- Assist in receiving visitors and guiding them to the concerned staff or meeting areas
- Follow company health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Perform any other related duties assigned by the HR/Admin Department
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in office support or housekeeping (preferably in a marine or industrial company)
- Basic communication skills in English
- Friendly, polite, and professional attitude
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work under supervision
