Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company's Revenue Operations function, ensuring alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams
- Oversee CRM administration, governance, and optimization to maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales pipeline data
- Manage and develop the Lead Concierge function, ensuring timely lead engagement, appointment management, and customer follow up standards
- Establish and maintain CRM workflows, automation rules, lead routing structures, SLAs, and reporting frameworks
- Monitor CRM compliance and data quality across all customer facing teams
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify process improvements, conversion opportunities, and pipeline performance trends
- Analyze lead generation, conversion, and customer acquisition performance across all marketing channels
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering lead volume, conversion rates, appointment activity, sales attribution, and return on marketing investment
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency throughout the lead to sale journey
- Support Executive Leadership with data driven insights and recommendations to enhance commercial performance and resource allocation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, CRM Management, Sales Operations, Lead Management, or a similar commercial operations role
- Experience within automotive, real estate, premium retail, financial services, or other high volume customer acquisition environments is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales process management, lead lifecycle management, and performance reporting
- Experience configuring workflows, automations, reporting dashboards, and operational controls within CRM environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and business performance analysis
- Experience working with marketing attribution, lead tracking, and sales funnel optimization is advantageous
