Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the company's Revenue Operations function, ensuring alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Oversee CRM administration, governance, and optimization to maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales pipeline data.
  • Manage and develop the Lead Concierge function, ensuring timely lead engagement, appointment management, and customer follow up standards.
  • Establish and maintain CRM workflows, automation rules, lead routing structures, SLAs, and reporting frameworks.
  • Monitor CRM compliance and data quality across all customer facing teams.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify process improvements, conversion opportunities, and pipeline performance trends.
  • Analyze lead generation, conversion, and customer acquisition performance across all marketing channels.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering lead volume, conversion rates, appointment activity, sales attribution, and return on marketing investment.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency throughout the lead to sale journey.
  • Support Executive Leadership with data driven insights and recommendations to enhance commercial performance and resource allocation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, CRM Management, Sales Operations, Lead Management, or a similar commercial operations role.
  • Experience within automotive, real estate, premium retail, financial services, or other high volume customer acquisition environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales process management, lead lifecycle management, and performance reporting.
  • Experience configuring workflows, automations, reporting dashboards, and operational controls within CRM environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and business performance analysis.
  • Experience working with marketing attribution, lead tracking, and sales funnel optimization is advantageous.
