Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer payments via cash, bank transfer, cheque, POS, and online payment channels
- Issue official receipts and maintain proper transaction records
- Verify payment documentation before vehicle release
- Maintain daily cash collection reports and submit reconciliations to management
- Record daily financial transactions accurately within the accounting system
- Assist with bank reconciliations and payment tracking
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records
- Process supplier invoices and payment requests
- Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting
- Assist in VAT documentation and audit preparation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of accounting or cashiering experience in the UAE
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills in English

Position Overview
- The Cashier / Junior Accountant will manage daily cash and bank transactions, maintain accurate financial records, support accounting processes, and ensure timely reconciliation of dealership transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer payments via cash, bank transfer, cheque, POS, and online payment channels.
- Issue official receipts and maintain proper transaction records.
- Verify payment documentation before vehicle release.
- Maintain daily cash collection reports and submit reconciliations to management.
- Coordinate with Sales, Documentation, and Finance teams regarding payment confirmations.
- Record daily financial transactions accurately within the accounting system.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and payment tracking.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
- Process supplier invoices and payment requests.
- Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting.
- Assist in VAT documentation and audit preparation.
- Maintain proper filing and organization of accounting records and supporting documents.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of accounting or cashiering experience in the UAE.
- Automotive dealership experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling high volume daily transactions.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
- Experience with ERP or dealership management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
