Overview

  • TikTok LIVE connects creators and communities in real time, enabling interactive experiences and new monetisation opportunities.
  • We are seeking a skilled professional to join our TikTok LIVE Operations team in Dubai as a Revenue Campaign Operation Manager.
  • You will work with the Creator Managers' Lead and the Revenue Campaigns Lead to implement gamification strategies to influence user behavior, amplify platform activeness, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Configure Revenue campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall strategies and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to execute campaigns seamlessly.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations for innovative campaign formats and technologies.
  • Work closely with the creative team to implement visually appealing and interactive campaign material.
  • Support the development of strategies to enhance audience engagement during campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create campaign specific visual assets.
  • Assist in implementing quality assurance processes to ensure flawless campaign execution by peers.
  • Deliver comprehensive post mortem analysis and reports to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for future improvement.
  • Assist in the development and management of revenue campaigns budgets.
  • Provide updates on budget status and support recommendations for adjustments.
  • Ensure awareness of and compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Contribute to the identification and mitigation of potential risks associated with revenue campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in revenue growth role, gaming company heavily focused on gamification to drive revenue and activity.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good knowledge of data analysis techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is needed to manage stakeholders in China market.
  • Enthusiastic about the gaming and digital entertainment industry.
  • Familiarity with the region and nuances is advantageous.
