Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Revenue Management with administrative duties and reporting/analysis tasks
- Monitor competitive pricing and perform competitor checks
- Identify soft periods and develop promotions and strategies
- Support implementation of Revenue Management Standards, Policies & Procedures
- Action Rate Solicitations and maintain rate plans
- Ensure Best Rate Guarantee compliance
- Assist with daily updates of Revenue Management Reports and data accuracy
- Assist in preparation of 30 60 90 day forecasts and longer term forecasts
- Participate in weekly Strategy Meeting and Daily Operations Meeting
- Review and analyze data on ongoing and end of month basis, provide monthly reports
- Analyze competitive reports using STR Reports and formulate strategy suggestions
- Communicate daily with Reservations, Front Office, and Sales teams
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury brand
- Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

About the Role
- The Revenue Analyst will work with the Director of Revenue to define, design, develop and execute business reports and analyses that establish actionable business insights into the performance of both brand level and property specific revenue trends and opportunities.
What You Will Do
- Strategy Support: Assist the Director of Revenue Management with essential administrative duties and fulfil reporting and analysis tasks.
- Closely monitor competitive pricing and understand the impact of relative pricing decisions on property performance.
- Assist the DORM in identifying soft periods and developing promotions and strategies.
- Support the DORM in effective implementation of Four Seasons Revenue Management Standards, Policies & Procedures.
- Action Rate Solicitations as directed and maintain rate plans.
- Ensure the hotel has Best Rate Guarantee compliance.
- Assist the DORM with daily updates of the Revenue Management Reports and ensure all data input into the system is accurate.
- Assist in the preparation of 30 60 90 day fully updated Forecasts.
- Participate in the property’s weekly Strategy Meeting and contribute to the Daily Operations Meeting.
- Review and analyze data on an ongoing and end of month basis. Provide monthly reports on production, trends, booking and stay patterns as well as channel analysis.
- Analyze competitive reports and formulate appropriate suggestions for strategies through use of STR Reports.
- Daily communication with our Reservations and Front Office and Sales team to share best practices.
What You Bring
- A minimum of at least 2 to 3 years of experience in the similar role in a luxury brand
- Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
