- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail environment

- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer first mindset with positive and professional attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in fast paced environment
- Basic computer skills; experience with POS systems is an advantage
- Reliability, flexibility, and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Saudi national (due to localization requirement)

About the Role
- We are looking for a motivated and customer focused Retail Shop Agent to join our team.
- You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining an organized and well presented store, and supporting the day to day operations of the shop.
