Responsibilities
- Greet showroom visitors, analyze sleeping habits, and recommend customized mattress systems
- Educate clients on mattress anatomy, support technologies, and benefits of the 100 night trial guarantee
- Actively drive sales floor traffic to meet or surpass monthly and quarterly revenue quotas
- Maintain high end visual appeal of product displays, beds, and accessory arrangements
- Handle point of sale systems, manage transactions, coordinate white glove home deliveries, and process financing options
- Keep track of competitor promotions and provide feedback on customer preferences to regional management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 5 years of retail sales experience, ideally in premium bedding, luxury furniture, or high end mattresses
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal communication skills
- Good in English; native proficiency in Arabic (Saudi or Egyptian dialects) highly preferred
- Goal oriented, passionate about wellness, and available to work flexible retail showroom shifts including weekends

Job Summary
- The Retail Sales Representative maximizes showroom revenue by delivering an elite, consultative customer experience.
- Use deep understanding of sleep health and Sealy product innovations to exceed individual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Selling: Greet showroom visitors, analyze their sleeping habits, and recommend customized mattress systems.
- Product Demonstrations: Educate clients on mattress anatomy, support technologies, and the benefits of our 100 night trial guarantee.
- Target Achievement: Actively drive sales floor traffic to meet or surpass monthly and quarterly revenue quotas.
- Showroom Merchandising: Maintain the high end visual appeal of product displays, beds, and accessory arrangements.
- Order Processing: Handle point of sale (POS) systems, manage transactions, coordinate white glove home deliveries, and process financing options.
- Market Awareness: Keep track of competitor promotions and provide direct feedback on customer preferences to regional management.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of retail sales experience, ideally within premium bedding, luxury furniture, or high end mattresses.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Languages: Good in English is required; native proficiency in Arabic (Saudi or Egyptian dialects) is highly preferred for local market interaction.
