Job Summary
- As a Retail Sales Representative / Sleep Consultant, you will maximize revenue by delivering a consultative experience for premium mattress products.
- The role involves educating customers on Sealy's sleep health technologies, such as the Posturepedic and Crown Jewels collections, to ensure high customer satisfaction and sales target achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Sales: Greet customers, analyze sleep habits, and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Product Education: Explain the benefits of specific mattress technologies and the 100 night trial.
- Operations & Logistics: Process sales through the POS system and coordinate product deliveries.
- Showroom Excellence: Maintain a clean, inviting, and fully staged premium gallery.
Requirements
