Overview
- Greet and assist customers in selecting wines, spirits, beers, and other alcoholic beverages.
- Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences, occasions, and budget.
- Upsell premium and promotional products to achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to supervisors.
- Assist in receiving deliveries, stock rotation, and product labeling.
- Ensure store cleanliness and organized merchandise presentation
- Operate POS systems for billing and payment processing.
- Handle cash, card payments, and maintain accurate transaction records.
