Overview of the Role

  • The Parts Sales Executive is tasked with driving and developing the Commercial Vehicles Parts Sales business.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers while developing new customer accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Responsible for meeting sales targets, managing customer satisfaction, and ensuring deliveries are coordinated efficiently.

What You Will Do

  • Maintain an active customer profile database to ensure all relevant details are up to date.
  • Conduct regular customer and field visits to assess business requirements and maintain healthy relationships.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing profitability.
  • Submit daily call reports indicating visits made to existing and potential new customers.
  • Ensure that monthly overdues are not more than the agreed target.
  • Coordinate the delivery of parts ordered by customers and ensure comprehensive follow up.
  • Maintain high sales volume at profitable margins despite severe competition.
  • Work extended hours, evenings, and weekends when necessary to achieve sales goals.

What Qualifies You for the Role

  • High School Certificate or Diploma (12 years of school education).
  • 2 3 years of automotive experience in parts sales, preferably in the Commercial Vehicle sector with field sales experience.
  • Good English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE Driver's License.
