- Maintain an active customer profile database to ensure all relevant details are up to date for analysis or campaigns
- Conduct regular customer and field visits to assess business requirements and maintain healthy relationships
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing profitability through focus on net sales and gross margin earnings
- Submit daily call reports indicating visits made to existing and potential new customers, and track growth in the customer database
- Ensure that monthly overdues are not more than the agreed target, maintaining financial discipline
- Coordinate the delivery of parts ordered by customers and ensure comprehensive follow up, gathering customer feedback
- Maintain high sales volume at profitable margins despite severe competition
- Work extended hours, evenings, and weekends when necessary to achieve sales goals
Requirements
- High School Certificate or Diploma (12 years of school education)
- 2 3 years of automotive experience in parts sales, preferably in the Commercial Vehicle sector with field sales experience
- Good English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
- Valid UAE Driver's License
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Strong customer service and target oriented approach
- Proficient negotiation skills

Overview Of The Role
- The Parts Sales Executive is tasked with driving and developing the Commercial Vehicles Parts Sales business by maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing customers while also developing new customer accounts within the assigned territory.
What You Will Do
- Maintain an active customer profile database to ensure all relevant details are up to date for analysis or campaigns.
- Conduct regular customer and field visits to assess business requirements and maintain healthy relationships, ensuring top customer satisfaction levels.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing profitability through focus on net sales and gross margin earnings.
