Role Overview

Retail Execution

• Coordinate TV retail marketing activities across retailers and stores.
• Ensure displays, branding, POSM, promotional materials, and in-store visibility follow company guidelines.
• Conduct store visits to monitor execution quality, displays, competitor activities, and retail conditions.
• Identify execution gaps and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal retail activities.

Planning and Coordination

• Support monthly, quarterly, and campaign-based retail execution plans.
• Coordinate store prioritization, display requirements, promotional activities, and deployment schedules.
• Follow up with agencies, vendors, sales teams, and retailers on agreed timelines.
• Maintain trackers for retail activities, branding, fixtures, POSM, and deployment.
• Support retail marketing reports, presentations, and management updates.

Promoter Management

• Support daily coordination of the TV promoter team.
• Monitor promoter attendance, performance, productivity, sales achievement, and store coverage.
• Coordinate promoter allocation and deployment based on business priorities.
• Support promoter training on products, promotions, sales approach, and execution standards.
• Work with the promoter agency on manpower, attendance, performance, and operational issues.
• Consolidate promoter feedback and market insights for management.

Retailer and Market Management

• Maintain working relationships with retailer contacts, store managers, and retail operations teams.
• Coordinate retail marketing requirements and follow up on agreed activities.
• Support discussions about display locations, branding opportunities, promotional visibility, and store execution.
• Align commercial activities and retail execution with sales and key account teams.
• Monitor competitor activities, promotions, displays, pricing communication, promoter activity, and launches.
• Identify opportunities to improve TV visibility, customer engagement, and competitive presence.

Reporting and Administration

• Prepare reports covering store visits, promoter performance, campaign status, and competitor activities.
• Maintain records of retail assets, fixtures, branding materials, and deployment status.
• Support budget tracking, quotations, purchase requests, agency coordination, and invoice follow-up.
• Ensure activities comply with company processes, brand guidelines, and approved budgets.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Around three to five years of relevant experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, retail operations, or sales execution.
• Strong understanding of modern retail, organized retail, electronics retailers, and store operations.
• Hands-on retail execution and promoter or field-force management experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Comfort working in the field and conducting regular store visits.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently while reporting and escalating appropriately.
