An established pet care facility in Al Quoz, Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function across the organisation.
The facility provides daycare, boarding, grooming, training, and rehabilitation services for dogs and cats.
Position Details
- Position: Human Resources Manager.
- Location: Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE.
- Industry: Pet Care / Animal Services.
- Reports to: Senior Management.
Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
- Coordinate with department heads on staffing needs.
Onboarding
- Coordinate new-hire onboarding and documentation.
- Conduct orientation on policies and company culture.
HR Operations
- Manage visas, labor cards, and government transactions through MOHRE, GDRFA, and Tasheel.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law.
Payroll and Benefits
- Manage payroll and benefits administration accurately and on time.
Performance Management
- Lead the performance review cycle and KPI tracking.
- Support managers with employee development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and government platforms including MOHRE, GDRFA, and Tasheel.
- Proven experience building or scaling HR functions.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
- SHRM or CIPD certification is a plus.
