Key Responsibilities
- Build, roll out and maintain the Retail Financial Benchmarking (RFB) system.
- Own budgeting, planning, execution, and reporting accuracy.
- Collect importer financial data; map to companies' financial logic; ensure high-quality, auditable financial reporting.
- Analyze profit drivers and balance sheet items; produce concise insights with actionable recommendations.
- Deliver training and coaching on RFB usage and interpretation of P&L and Balance Sheet analyses.
- Lead cost management initiatives and identify efficiency opportunities through rigorous data analysis.
- Prepare and present management reports; continuously refine benchmarking templates for clarity and precision.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and corporate rules; communicate changes to the network.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and importer partners to optimize financial performance.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s in finance/accounting. CPA/CFA is a plus.
- Experience: 10 years + in automotive finance, financial consulting, or equivalent; demonstrated track record of high-stakes financial analysis.
- Skills: Exceptional financial modeling, deep balance sheet literacy, and strong commercial analytics. Proficient in Excel; excellent narrative for senior stakeholders.
- Traits: High accuracy, rigorous attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to operate across cross-functional teams and cultures.
