About the Role
Position: Key Mission of the Retail Director is to lead the KSA, Kuwait and Bahrain retail operations and to develop the FENDI business into the related markets proactively cont.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial action plans to grow the business
- Manage boutiques operations, staff, merchandise, and customer service
- Monitor sales performance versus budgets/targets and take corrective actions
- Structure organization of retail activities and allocate responsibilities
- Ensure adequate staffing through recruitment, rotation, mobility, training, and development
- Work with Training and VM Departments to ensure proper training and display
- Propose layout adjustments for commercial efficiency
- Manage store network projects: expansion, renovation, relocation, closure
- Participate in lease negotiations with landlords
- Work with communication/events department to execute local events
- Propose and implement local marketing and customer relations/VIP strategies
Requirements
- Experience in retail management, preferably in luxury fashion
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement commercial action plans
