Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial action plans to grow the business
- Manage boutiques operations, staff, merchandise and customer service
- Monitor sales performance versus budgets/targets and take necessary actions
- Communicate vision, strategy and clear direction to retail staff
- Structure organization of retail activities and allocate responsibilities
- Ensure adequate staffing through recruitment, rotation, mobility, training and development
- Work closely with Training and VM Departments for proper training and display
- Propose layout adjustments to ensure commercial efficiency
- Manage existing store network projects: expansion, renovation, relocation, closure
- Participate in lease negotiations with landlords
- Work closely with communication/events department to execute local events
- Propose and implement local marketing, customer relations/VIP strategies
Requirements
- 7 10 years experience in Fashion/Luxury Sales
- 5 7 years experience in multi location management of a retail luxury business
- GCC Countries knowledge and previous retail experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Strong selling and communication skills
- Leadership, confidence, organization, professionalism
- Strong customer orientation skills
- Administration and financial skills
- Computer skills and Retail management system knowledge
- Fluent English; French and/or Italian are a plus

Position
- Key Mission of the Retail Director is to lead the KSA, Kuwait and Bahrain retail operations and to develop the FENDI business into the related markets.
Job Responsibilities

Profile
- 7 10 years experience in Fashion/Luxury Sales
- 5 7 years experience in a multi location management of a retail luxury business
- GCC Countries knowledge and previous retail experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Manages his/ her image standards on a high level.
- Strong selling and communication skills are necessary
