Restaurant Manager
- An experienced and results oriented Restaurant Manager with full responsibility for managing kiosk and restaurant operations.
- Possesses strong leadership, operational, and business management skills, with a proven ability to drive sales, optimize performance, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities and Competencies
- Full control and management of restaurant and kiosk operations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, and senior management.
- Experience in business expansion, opening new outlets, and implementing growth strategies.
- Thorough understanding of restaurant operations, including service, production, inventory, and quality control.
- Maintains accurate operational documentation, reports, records, and compliance requirements.
- Strong knowledge of operational KPIs, sales analysis, food cost, labor cost, budgeting, and profitability.
- Ability to analyze operational data and make informed business decisions.
- Ensures compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and brand standards.
- Customer focused with strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, POS systems, and operational reporting tools.
- Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
