- Support the company's expansion across the UAE and GCC
- Lead new restaurant openings from site selection through operational readiness and launch
- Take full ownership of operational financial performance including sales growth, gross profit, EBITDA, operating profit, food cost, labor cost, etc.
- Lead, coach, and mentor Area Managers, Restaurant Managers, Supervisors, and Central Kitchen teams
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP, Municipality regulations, food safety standards, and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- MBA is an advantage
- HACCP, Food Safety, Lean Management, Six Sigma, or Operations certifications are preferred
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry
- Minimum 5 years in a senior multi unit QSR Operations Management role
- Proven experience managing multiple restaurant locations
- Strong Central Kitchen operational experience
- Demonstrated success in business expansion and new store openings
- Experience managing catering, events, and brand activations is highly desirable
- GCC/UAE experience is highly preferred

About the Role
- We are looking for a dynamic, commercially driven, and highly experienced F&B QSR Operations Manager to lead the operations of our rapidly growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) business.
- This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence across multiple restaurant locations, Central Kitchen operations, catering and events, and new business expansion.
- The Operations Manager will work closely with Executive Management to execute the company's growth strategy while ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, food safety, and sustainable profitability.
Operations Leadership
- Lead the day to day operations of multiple restaurant locations and Central Kitchen.
- Ensure all restaurants consistently achieve company operational standards and SOPs.
- Monitor restaurant performance and implement action plans to improve sales, profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular operational audits and compliance inspections.
- Drive operational excellence across dine in, takeaway, drive thru, delivery, catering, and cloud kitchen operations.
- Improve service speed, product consistency, and overall guest experience.
Strategic Planning & Business Expansion
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Support the company's expansion across the UAE and GCC.
- Lead new restaurant openings from site selection through operational readiness and launch.
- Participate in restaurant design, kitchen workflow planning, equipment selection, and operational setup.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and profitability.
Financial & Commercial Management
- Take full ownership of operational financial performance including Sales Growth, Gross Profit, EBITDA, Operating Profit, Food Cost, Labor Cost, Packaging Cost, Prime Cost, Inventory Management, Waste Reduction, Budget Control.
- Manage restaurant P&L performance.
- Prepare annual operational budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly financial KPIs.
- Drive profitability while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Implement cost saving initiatives without compromising quality.
- Optimize labor scheduling and productivity.
Leadership & People Development
- Lead, coach, and mentor Area Managers, Restaurant Managers, Supervisors, and Central Kitchen teams.
- Develop future leaders through succession planning.
- Build a high performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance reviews and KPI evaluations.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes teamwork, ownership, and operational excellence.
Customer Experience
- Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction across all restaurants.
- Monitor customer feedback from Google Reviews, Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, social media, and other delivery platforms.
- Develop corrective action plans to improve customer experience.
- Reduce complaints and improve customer loyalty.
- Resolve escalated customer issues professionally.
Quality, Food Safety & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP, Municipality regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety.
- Conduct operational risk assessments and preventive action plans.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Supply Chain & Central Kitchen
- Work closely with Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, and Central Kitchen teams.
- Improve production planning and forecasting.
- Optimize inventory management and stock availability.
- Reduce food waste and inventory variances.
- Improve supply chain efficiency while minimizing operational disruptions.
- Ensure timely distribution of products to all restaurant locations.
Events, Catering & Brand Activations
- Lead the planning, execution, and operational management of Corporate Catering, Outdoor Catering, Food Festivals, Mall Activations, Community Events, Pop up Stores, Product Launches, Brand Activations.
- Coordinate manpower, logistics, equipment, transportation, food production, and operational readiness.
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to maximize brand visibility and revenue opportunities.
- Ensure exceptional food quality, service standards, and customer experience during all events.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, government entities, malls, schools, universities, hotels, event organizers, and strategic partners.
- Identify new catering and event opportunities that contribute to revenue growth.
- Prepare post event performance reports and ROI analysis.
Qualifications
