- Manage overall finance and accounting functions of the group
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Prepare annual budgets and business plans
- Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis
- Develop financial forecasts and profitability projections
- Support management in strategic financial planning
- Monitor property income, lease agreements, and rental collections
- Analyze property investment opportunities and returns
- Monitor food cost, beverage cost, labor cost, and operational expenses
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Professional certification preferred: CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA
- Minimum 8 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- At least 3 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Experience in both real estate and F&B industries highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.)
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and compliance
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

Role Overview
- The Group Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations, planning, reporting, budgeting, and compliance of the company's Real Estate and F&B divisions.
Financial Management
- Manage the overall finance and accounting functions of the group.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Prepare annual budgets and business plans.
- Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
- Develop financial forecasts and profitability projections.
- Support management in strategic financial planning.
Real Estate Finance
- Monitor property income, lease agreements, and rental collections.
- Analyze property investment opportunities and returns.
- Review property operating expenses and capital expenditures.
- Ensure accurate accounting for real estate assets and liabilities.
F&B Finance
- Monitor food cost, beverage cost, labor cost, and operational expenses.
- Analyze sales performance and profit margins.
- Implement cost control measures and inventory management procedures.
- Support outlet managers with financial performance reviews.
Compliance & Audit
- Ensure compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Manage internal controls and risk management processes.
- Oversee VAT filings and statutory reporting requirements.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.
- Establish KPIs and monitor team performance.
- Provide financial guidance to department heads and senior management.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Professional certification preferred: CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA.
Experience
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
- At least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Experience in both the real estate and F&B industries is highly preferred.
- Experience managing multi company or group structures.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.).
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and compliance.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
