Guest Satisfaction
- Ensure associates deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service.
- Provide excellent service to internal customers in other divisions as appropriate.
- Observe associate-guest interactions and coach associates in guest service skills as necessary.
- Resolve guest and internal customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain positive guest and associate interactions and good working relationships.
Restaurant Operations
- Ensure associates understand and follow associate rules and regulations.
- Maintain high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
- Respond to changes in the food and beverage function as required by the industry, company, and hotel.
- Participate fully in the restaurant training program with Talent and Culture.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and the local hospitality scene.
- Maintain working knowledge of restaurant floor plans and all food and beverage offerings.
- Know daily hotel occupancy, arrivals, departures, and SAGs guests.
- Know neighborhood services, activities, and Doha events to answer guest requests accurately.
- Use Micros, OpenTable, and other required systems.
Requirements
- Have a full working knowledge of restaurant floor plans and the layout of all food and beverage offerings.
- Be familiar with hotel occupancy, arrivals, departures, SAGs guests, neighborhood attractions, and current or upcoming Doha events to answer guest requests accurately.
- Have working knowledge of Micros, OpenTable, and other required restaurant systems.
- Maintain high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
