Associate Experience

Guest Satisfaction
- Ensure delivery of the Rosewood brand promise, culture, and brand standards.
- Ensure associates provide excellent service to colleagues in other divisions when appropriate.
- Observe associate-guest interactions and coach associates on guest service skills through department heads.
- Resolve guest and associate complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain positive guest and associate interactions and good working relationships.
- Implement beverage policies and procedures throughout the property.
Finance and Administration
- Monitor food and beverage costs against budget and take action on variations.
- Prepare, recommend, and manage annual budgets, forecasts, marketing plans, and objectives.
- Ensure selling prices are set according to food and beverage controller guidance and the applicable system.
Requirements
- Experience level is listed as 2-3 years.
- Ability to manage food and beverage budgets, forecasts, marketing plans, and objectives.
- Ability to monitor food and beverage costs and take action on budget variances.
- Ability to maintain guest service standards and coach associates on service skills.
