Associate Experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Comply with departmental policies, service procedures, LQA requirements, and Rosewood Brand Standards.
- Operate ironing and folder machines, checking cleaned articles and separating damaged or stained items.
- Fold cleaned articles by type and size and place them in designated carts for distribution.
- Replenish food and beverage closets with clean linens daily.
- Maintain guest laundry quality and laundry slips according to departmental standards.
- Document and process guest laundry, dry-cleaning, and pressing requests for garments and uniforms.
- Operate washers, dryers, ironers, and other laundry machinery using correct cleaning agents.
Experience
