Associate Experience
- Rosewood Doha offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the smooth operation of the Manor Club and Apartment Lounge with the highest level of service.
- Maintain a healthy working environment for Manor and Lounge associates.
- Review team member performance and plan career improvement.
- Minimize operational expenses.
- Ensure team punctuality, correct uniforms, personal appearance, and hygiene meet hotel and department grooming standards.
- Comply with Rosewood company policies.
- Take on other reasonable tasks as required.
- Act as a brand ambassador and maintain brand integrity and clarity.
- Model the company culture, vision, mission, and core values.
- Serve as a role model for the Manor Club and Apartment Lounge department.
Requirements

- Ability to maintain hotel and department grooming, uniform, appearance, and hygiene standards.
