Role Overview
Restaurant Supervisor position for Koo Madame at Rosewood Doha.
The role provides hands-on supervision of restaurant food and beverage service and guest experience.
The supervisor works closely with managers, team leaders, waiters, and other hotel divisions.
Guest Satisfaction
- Ensure associates deliver exceptional guest service and service to internal customers.
- Observe associate-guest interactions, coach service skills, and resolve guest and internal customer complaints quickly.
- Maintain positive guest and associate relationships and build knowledge of guest preferences.
Restaurant Operations
- Ensure compliance with associate rules, personal presentation standards, order of service, SOPs, and brand quality standards.
- Control restaurant sections, oversee team leaders and waiters, and remain present during busy service periods.
- Use Micros, OpenTable, and other required systems while communicating operational information to the team.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel occupancy, arrivals, departures, special guests, local services, and Doha events to answer guest requests.
